Shipping InformationWhile it is our goal to ship orders within 24 hours of receipt of the order Monday thru Friday, occasional delays are unavoidable. Normally you should allow 7 to 10 business days for regular ground delivery. We ship UPS ground, FedEx, U.S. Mail or SpeeDee (depending on location). Expedited delivery is available upon request. Please provide your complete street address as FedEx, SpeeDee, or UPS does not deliver to a Post Office Box. International OrdersCanadian Orders will be emailed the actual Shipping Cost after order is packed. (Shipping starts at $42 per order). You will then receive a confirmation email with shipping cost and address verification. Once you confirm order your card will be charged for full amount and shipped. Orders lacking information may cause delays. To avoid mistakes and delays please include your daytime and evening telephone numbers or email in case we have a question. No COD orders. Allow 7 business days for personal checks to clear prior to shipment. A $30.00 "NSF" returned check fee will be assessed for all returned checks. Orders for PickupOrders may be picked up at our Mitchell, South Dakota location. Your order can be ready and waiting if you call your order in advance or order online and select in store pickup. Orders are typically ready with 1 hour Monday thru Friday. Special OrdersAll special orders must be prepaid. No refunds or cancellations. Sales TaxSouth Dakota residents must pay the applicable sales tax on the total order including shipping. Return/Exchange InstructionsNo merchandise will be accepted without prior approval. No return will be accepted unless the product is in the original container in good condition. Call our Customer Service Department at 605-996-9984. Please have your invoice number ready. A 15% restocking fee will apply to all returns. All returns must be made within 30 days of purchase. Enclose a copy of the invoice in the package. Save all shipping containers and documents on damaged packages. Carrier may need to make a damage inspection.
